“Just to say a huge thank you for the 144 gathering which I very much resonated with and the current energies. The hips, pelvis and lower spine is very stiff, painful and releasing a lot of heat the last few days. Themes around loss of a child and family have certainly been coming up for me too.
 
I have definitely noticed I just can’t process others emotions as I used to, even those closest are needing to step up for themselves, just as I am needing to step myself and with another level of boundaries.
